Surya is a young, intellectual and virtuous man who incurs the wrath of an ambitious and corrupt politician, Vishwa Prasad when he confronts him about denying his job through political influence. When Surya becomes the commissioner of the district and begins to build a case to arrest Vishwa Prasad, he hires an assassin's group to kill him. Can Surya beat the assassins and bring down the evil Vishwa Prasad?
