Kanakamurthy (Vishnuvardhan) goes against his father's will and marry his lovePadma (Isha Koppikar). Kanakamurthy (Vishnuvardhan) borrow's money from Athmananda (S.Narayan) to start new business and becomes very rich and starts helping other poor people in need. After seeing the pure and good will deeds from Kanakamurthy, will his father Sathyamurthy accepts him and his wife back again to the family?
