Captain Shivraj, played by Shiva Rajkumar, finds out about the increase in the number of Bangladeshi infiltrators in Bengaluru. He decides to get to the root of the issue. He finds the corrupt ministers being involved in the scandal for vote-bank politics. He then sets out to remove all the Bangladeshi infiltrators. Later, he also goes on a mission to avenge his past trauma and the unfortunate incidents of his life.
