Ravi, the owner of a matchbox factory, decides to support Chandru financially and sends him to the US for training. Things take a turn when Chandru returns and suggests changing the company's structure. Ravi rejects Chandru's suggestions. But, Chandru opens a new matchbox company by his own. Will the Ravi's company withstand the new competitor?
