Yashodha is separated from her daughter Krishnaveni during childbirth due to an evil plan by her mother-in-law, Annapoorna. Having made to believe that her daughter is dead, Yashodha loses her sanity and is confined to a mental asylum. As fate would have it, Krishnaveni reunites with her mother many years later in a mental asylum. Will Yashodha return to her normal self? Will the family accept Krishnaveni?
