School friends Shivu and Vasu start working at the same organization, where Vasu is employed as a financial auditor while Shivu ends up getting a clerical job. After Vasu and Shivu have a heated argument, Shivu vows to make his son Kumar a lot more successful than Vasu. Much to Shivu's disappointment, Kumar grows up to become notorious in college. Shivu struggles to keep up with his son's life, sacrificing his own. What happens next? Will Kumar realise the sacrifices his father made for him? Will he fulfill his father's dream or will he become a good-for-nothing failure in life?
